This was after the big storm we had before the 4th of July. It knocked down these power lines near our home and we were without power for almost 48 hours. Thank goodness for good friends. 
Now onto the 4th of July. We were invited to a bbq with some friends. We had such a good time eating, chatting, and the girls had a good time running around. One of the guys put up a slack line and most people took a turn on it, including the girls. I got a picture of Nadya on it but didn't get one of Samantha. I had a lot of fun meeting some new friends. I absolutely love it here and all of the fun people we have had the opportunity to meet.
We then went home and did fireworks in our backyard and watched all of the other people around do theirs. They spend so much money on them here and it is legal to do the bigger ones. The girls loved watching them and doing some of their own.
