Earl and I were able to go out last night, alone. We went to his work Christmas party in Memory Grove. It was so nice to be able to go out with eachother and have adult conversations. It seems like it doesn't happen much right now, expecially since Sam has to eat so much. Anyway, we had a good time with his coworkers and the food was really good.
After dinner, Earl took me to the Gap to try and find some jeans that actually fit. We have looked all over the place for jeans that don't cost a ton but alas, he is married to a woman who is awkward when it comes to pants. We finally went here because Gap at this point has never failed. It again came through for me. I don't know what the difference is but at other stores I'll try on one size and it will be too big, then I try on the size down and it is so small that I can't even button them up. However, even after the baby, Gap actually has the size to fit me. It is the same every time I go there. I love their jeans and it is worth spending a little more to find pants that fit. Yea.
So the night was a total success. We were able to have a date night, and I was able to find pants.
