We went to the park yesterday to let Nadya play with her friends and give us an outing for the weekend. We met the Ibarra's and their twins. The park is just a cute little one near the U and really fun for the kids. As we were walking to the playground we saw Mehmet Okur. It was crazy to see him up close. He was there with his family. I didn't have the guts to say anything to him but it was fun to see him.
The girls had fun at the park. Nadya was all over the place and as always loved the swings. Samantha loved Denver, Liz's dog. She just sat and giggled at him while he howled. Too bad we won't be owning a dog for a very long time(if ever).
Unfortunately, the girls have gotten colds and it is making it hard for them to sleep. Hopefully it doesn't last very long. Sam's eyes are so goopy and she is so congested at night. She's not eating very well, either. She could be worse. For the most part she is still really happy and I couldn't ask for cuter kids. I love them a ton, even when I get frustrated with them.

Goopy eyes must run in the family. My poor boys get them to. I am sorry the girls aren't sleeping well. I know how that can wear on a mom!
