Prayer-FHE

Yesterday we had family home evening with the girls. I did a little lesson on prayer from the friend. I am always amazed at how well Nadya picks up on things. She soaks up everything that we teach her and she loves learning about the gospel. I told her a story about a little girl that woke up scared and said a prayer for comfort. I told her this story because she wakes at night every so often from a bad dream. When I told her that she could pray to Heavenly Father to help her feel safe and better, she got so excited. She said "thank you, mommy, thank you." I love that she wants to learn about the gospel and that she is willing to try whatever we tell her. She is such a smart girl and I can't believe how lucky I am to have her. I can only hope that she keeps wanting to learn more and remember the things that we teach her.
