Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays.

So February is definitely the month of birthdays for our family.  This was an especially fun year for us.  Nadya turned eight which is a big year for her.  She decided she wanted her ears pierced and loves having them done but definitely had to be brave in order to get it done.  She also got baptized a month after her birthday and I will post about that next.  Nadya is so amazing.  She is very smart and loves to learn.  She enjoys school and gets mad when it is cancelled because of the weather.  She loves playing sports and just finished playing basketball.  It is fun to see her mind work and playing with her sisters.

Samantha turned 5 this year and is so excited that she gets to start kindergarten in the fall.  She is learning so quickly.  She is working on reading and getting pretty good at.  She loves her preschool teacher and going to learn.  She is so easy going and imaginative.  She loves to play with her princesses and can do it for hours.

The both had fun birthdays and I loved being able to spend it with them.
We also had Earl's birthday.  I made clam chowder for his dinner, and he requested and extremely chocolatey cake.  It was good and definitely not fat free.

Instead of a party this year for Nadya, we took her and 2 of her friends (Hannah and Camryn) to Colton's for dinner.  When we got back, they wanted to play Just Dance on the wii.  It was fun to watch them play.

Earl's bday cake.  It looked pretty good, if I do say so myself.
Samantha on her bday.  She got to celebrated it at school with cupcakes.

We didn't have a party for Samantha this year, but we did invite the Potter's over cake and ice cream.  It was fun to have them join us, since Addison is Samantha's best friend.
