The Healy Fam: Nadya's First day of preschool.

So today, Nadya left for school on the bus. It was a bittersweet moment for me. She was so excited to be going. It was so easy to wake her up this morning. She got to eat breakfast with Earl and then waited anxiously for the bus to arrive. I thought that maybe she would be nervous but nope she just walked to the bus so self-assured and happy to be going. She was cute getting buckled into her seat. I know that she is going to love being able to learn and meet lots of new friends. How did she grow up so fast?

Buckling up. I'm so happy that she is restrained. I can't imagine what it would be like otherwise.

It was definitely quiet this morning with just Samantha and me. I am going to have to remember how to give the girls one on one time again. They both deserve it and now it is possible. I love you Nadya.

We have to go to the laundry. (4/29/11, Samantha telling Earl during a thunderstorm, as she is shaking. She wanted to go to the laundry room.)
My socks are bugging me. (1/22/11, Samantha says to have me take her socks off)

Uncle Scott, the mailman brought us pizza. (1/16/09, Nadya said after we had pizza delivered to us.)
Don't go to town, I won't be able to find you. (1/9/09, Nadya says after mom had said something to the affect of she's going to town.)
I got musical instruments, that's the perfect present. (12/25/08 Nadya after receiving her present from Grandma and Grandpa.)
Your face is creamy. (12/24/08 Nadya says to Earl when he has shaving cream on his face to shave his beard off.)
Don't tickle me, I'm special. (Nadya)
Use your inside voice, we are inside a house. (11/22/08 Nadya telling everyone during the U and BYU game, everyone was screaming during a good play.)
Mom, you are my mother and dad, you are my father. (10/26/08, Nadya talking to us in the car)
