Tornado

The other day, I got a text from our friend who lives in Kirksville, Missouri. (ie. the place where Earl and I will soon be living) He said that the duplex that we have rented got hit by a tornado. I was panicking when I read this and immediately made Earl call him back and get more information. Come to find out, our duplex is okay just minor damages, we think, but at least 10 houses were gone and one of those houses was that of our landlords. They also lost another duplex that they owned. I feel so bad for those in the town and have been a little nervous now. I know that this is where we are supposed to be but it's a little unnerving. Our prayers our there for those dealing with this. And we are grateful that our friends are okay.
