Bittersweet

It is official. Sam is now done breastfeeding. I had to hurry up and get her done so that Earl and I could get out to Kirksville to find a place to live. I was kind of nervous thinking that it would be impossible to get her off of 4 feedings a day in less than a month. Well, it happened. She did so good. I am so happy to not be tied to her all of the time but I really did enjoy nursing and I know that I will miss it. It was easy for me and I felt such a bond with both of my girls. I hope that it won't come back to haunt me in a few weeks when Sam has her operation.
