Ever since Earl got into school, we knew that after 2 years we would have to move to continue on his med school journey. After moving to Kirksville, we fell in love with this town. Quickly I realized that I wanted to stay here for the full 4 years. Then in the last month of doing mock matches, there was a chance that we wouldn't be able to stay. More people wanted to stay than I expected and than the hospital had room for.
However, after all of the stressing and waiting (they were late in letting everyone know) we get to stay in Kirksville for 2 more years. I am so excited. Here are the reasons why:
1. I don't have to move again
2. I can get rid of all the boxes taking up space in my garage
3. Nadya gets to stay in school here
4. I get to keep doing exercise group
5. I love my place here and I don't have to settle for something less somewhere else
6. Earl will get a good education
I absolutely love it here. I will miss all of my friends that are leaving but I know that this is the place that we are supposed to be. Prayers truly are answered and I am grateful that ours was.
