Nothing much!

It's been a while since I have blogged and I figured I would just update on what is going on with our family.

Earl has been working really hard during this term. He has tests every Monday and Friday so he is studying all of the time. It is crazy how many tests they have this term. I really wish that it was warmer so I had more things to do with the girls. I have got cabin fever really bad and I miss the sun.

The girls are getting so big. Nadya's still loving school and hates it when it gets canceled. It has been canceled 3 times do to weather. It never was for me in Utah so this is something new. She loves learning and is working on reading by herself. She writes all of the time and likes to send notes to her friends and family.

Samantha's vocabulary is soaring. She loves singing songs and I am finally able to understand a lot of what she is saying. She tells me "I hungy and thirty." It's amazing how much she says now. She is still a tall, skinny kid, so it is hard to keep clothes fitting her.
We decided last week that we were done with having to get up with her at night. Nadya was finally sleeping through her crying so we decided it was time to let her cry it out. It took 3 days, but for now it has worked. Even if she does wake up, she cries less than a minute and puts herself back to sleep. It is awesome.

So that is all that's new with our family. We keep plugging along but we also are enjoying this journey here. Earl is learning tons and I even benefit with some of his new found knowledge. It's been a good experience for all of us.
